Please note that these prices are for guidance only and costs will depend on your individualised plan and medication requirements. Prices of services will be confirmed by us at the time of consultation before our patients commit to having treatment with us. At the point of booking an appointment with us patients are required to complete a patient registration form and history questionnaire. If patients have had treatment elsewhere it is helpful for us to have these documents prior to the appointment so they can be reviewed in advance.

Notes:
If your cycle results in freezing of all embryos due to a clinical decision, then following your post-treatment consultation your cycle will be deemed completed. Your subsequent Frozen Embryo Transfer will be a chargeable procedure at the cost of £2400.
Insurance
Please check in case there is a shortfall in the level of insurance you are covered for.
We require that you send us your membership number and a valid authorisation prior to your appointment.
Patients attending without the appropriate authorisation from their insurance company will be required to pay for the appointment and reclaim from their insurers.
